Alex designed, manufactured and installed my indoor sauna, along with the adjoining shower and WC, and I could not be happier with the result. From the outset, his approach was extremely client-focused. He took the time to really understand my requirements, and throughout the project he brought thoughtful suggestions and options that improved the final design.

What really stood out was Alex’s creative and innovative problem-solving. As unexpected challenges emerged during the build, he adapted brilliantly and came up with bespoke solutions, including using 3D printing to create custom attachments such as a door hold, which looked great and worked really well!

The quality of the workmanship throughout was excellent, and he was flexible and responsive whenever requirements needed to evolve. Budgeting was always clear, transparent and reasonable, which gave me confidence at every stage.

On top of all that, Alex was a pleasure to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high-quality, thoughtful and professional service.
